Power Electronics Lab

  • Area - 80 Sq.m.
  • 10 batches (each batch of 3 students) of students can utilize the lab effectively at a time.

  • Single phase SCR based fully controlled converters
  • Full and half wave rectifier modules
  • Resonant DC-DC converter modules
  • Single / Three phase PWM inverter modules
  • SCR, TRIAC, MOSFET, IGBT characteristics modules
  • Voltage commutation chopper, current commutation chopper
  • Series inverter, parallel inverter
  • Three phase SCR half and fully controlled converter
  • R, RC, UJT firing modules.

Power System Simulation Lab

  • Area - 80 Sq.m.
  • 36 Students can utilize the lab effectively at a time.
  • The lab includes

  • Software available with the laboratory

Circuit and Devices Lab

  • Area - 80 Sq.m.
  • 10 batches (each batch of 3 students) of students can utilize the lab effectively at a time.
  • The equipment includes.
  • CROs, Function Generators.
  • Resistance boxes, Inductance boxes.
  • Capacitance boxes, Power supplies.
  • Bread Boards, Meters at various ranges.
